Join us On Sunday
Every Sunday at 10:00 AM
147 Oakland Ave.
Old Town Church is a community of local believers who gather regularly to worship God and help one another know and follow Jesus.
What to Expect
-
We seek to follow consistent aspects of worship each week, such as reading Scripture, taking the Lord’s Supper, and praying. Each service will also conclude with a benediction from Scripture.
-
You can expect music to be a blend of both modern and historical music that seeks to glorify Christ. We seek to sing songs that are biblically faithfully, theologically accurate, and thematically tied to the sermon that morning.
-
We typically preach through whole books of the Bible, walking through consecutive passages each Sunday. Our aim is that each sermon points to Jesus as the ultimate hero, the final fulfillment, and the victorious King of the whole of Scripture. Sermons usually last 35-40 minutes.
-
We take the Lord’s Supper every Sunday in order to remember Christ’s atoning sacrifice and death and our identity as members of one another. This is also a time for repentance and renewal in our commitment to remember our future hope.
-
Come as you are! Wear whatever you are most comfortable in, whether a suit or shorts. Our members and attendees tend to dress casually.
